What happens Next?

If you are happy for us to work together. We arrange your initial Discovery Call for us to meet online and have a chat. Once this is complete we can arrange for your first online session. I will email you all the details and link to the session.

Fees

We will have an initial discovery call for 30mins which will be FREE of charge, to help you decide if I am the counsellor for you.

Following this I charge a fee of £45 per session.  I do offer concessions of £25 per session to clients who are claiming benefits. This must be agreed prior to commencing our work together and is subject to availability. 

Cancellation Policy

I ask you to give 48 hour’s notice of non-attendance via text or email to avoid a fee being charged. In those circumstances there will be no charge for the missed session.

how many sessions will i need

This is entirely up to you, I normally offer 6 sessions per client. After 6 we can review where you are at but this is totally led by you.
