Making an appointment

Simply email or phone me to make a call. Your first call will be a FREE Discovery call. We can work out if I am the best counsellor for you.

Location

All sessions are online via Teams, Zoom or Googlemeets. Please let me know if you have a preference.

Price and Payment

Each session is £45 and must be paid before every session. Payment can be via BACs you can find my payment details on Contract and Fees page.

Availability

Tuesday and Wednesday - 5pm to 7pm

Thursday - 10am till 3pm

The number of sessions

This can vary but I recommend 6 six sessions, we can review where you are at. From this point we can continue open ended.

Confidentiality

I take this very seriously and will discuss this with you on our first meeting.
